Errette Dunn is Rever’s CoFounder and CEO. For the last decade, he has helped teams and companies in 17 countries to become more accomplished by developing a culture of non-stop improvement.
Errette learned about Lean and Kaizen at the source: during his work at Toyota Motor Company. He then joined Airbus Group to lead the development of these practices in different business areas: Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Maintenance, and Business Support functions. Errette entered the tech scene in Silicon Valley when he joined Wrike, an online Work Management platform, as Principal Consultant.
After coaching managers that oversee five to 70,000 employees across a dozen industries, one pattern always remained the same: the best ideas for improvement always came from the frontline employees. This reality is what drives Rever to become a catalyst for Frontline Innovation.
Errette earned his MBA from IESE Business School and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana. He’s fluent in English and Spanish, and his French is getting a bit rusty (but not as much as his guitar-playing). He lives in Mountain View with his wife and four kids.
