As Sales and Marketing Director of Punta Mita Properties, Brendan leads the sales and marketing teams and is responsible for strategic planning and execution on DINE’s new five-year development plan for the Punta Mita master-plan community. Brendan works closely with DINE’s executive team in aligning the sales organization with the developer in all efforts on behalf of Punta Mita.
Most recently, Brendan held the positions of Residential Project Director of Four Seasons Punta Mita, and Director of Sales Operations for the Four Seasons Residence Club and Residences Punta Mita, working with both DINE and Four Seasons. In this position, he was responsible for growing the Four Seasons Residential Brand internationally, leading all sales and marketing initiatives, and assisting in product design and launch. In 2013 Brendan was promoted by Four Seasons to lead the company’s first-ever Four Seasons Real Estate Brokerage, responsible for DINE’s Four Seasons Private Residences in Punta Mita as well as the authorized resale brokerage for fractional sales within Four Seasons. Brendan oversaw the successful sell-out of the Residence Club (fractional) and Private Residences (whole ownership) products, resulting in over $150 Million in developer sales since his team’s arrival in 2005.
In Brendan’s more than 15 years’ experience in residential resort sales and marketing with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts’ Residential Division, he has managed projects in the United States, Mexico and Costa Rica with combined sales of over $800 MM.
Brendan earned a 4-year Division I baseball scholarship and holds a double major in Marketing and Management from the University of Portland, Oregon. Brendan and is wife Nicole have lived in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico for over 10 years and currently live with their three sons in Bucerias. (290/1600)
