For more than two decades, Andreas has successfully served venture capital firms, investment banks and distinguished corporations throughout the world. He is known for his ability to lead companies through periods of major change and growth, specializing in areas of financial planning, forecasts and valuations, as well as strategic initiatives such as fundraising, M&A and joint ventures. With a keen ability for leveraging personal contacts, his industry exposure has supported various industries and organizations, which include high tech, software, communications, energy and Cleantech, agriculture, chemicals, automotive, capital goods, banking, and service organizations. Andreas served as Investment Manager for Enron Corporation’s venture capital group which returned over $85MM to the company during his tenure. Earlier in his career, he worked as investment banker at Credit Suisse and UBS in Frankfurt, London and New York. Andreas holds a Master of Business Administration in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona, and a Master of Electrical Engineering from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg, Germany.
