Alejandro Delgado is the President of the National Entrepreneur Institute (INADEM). He has extensive experience in the public and private sector, having worked for Concamin, ProMéxico, Coparmex and the Bank of Mexico (Banxico). He has also participated in academic circles as founder and president of the Jalisco Institute of Information Technology. His current mission is to support Mexican entrepreneurs on their path to success.
Alejandro is a candidate for a Doctorate of Law from Stanford University in California, where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences. He also holds a Master’s Degree in International Law from the School of Law at Georgetown University. He has a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon.
In ProMéxico he served as Head of the Institutional Support and Relations Unit; in the Economic Promotion Secretariat of Jalisco he served as Undersecretary of External Promotion and Investments; He was the State Delegate in Jalisco of the Secretary of Commerce and Industrial Development, where he was also Director of International Affairs of the General Directorate of Foreign Investment.
In the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Mexico he served as General Director of International Legal Affairs. At the Bank of Mexico, he was Head of International Law.
Alejandro has been a founder, director, associate, and consultant of several national and international companies.
He has belonged to various Boards of Directors, among them Concamin; the Bank of Mexico; of Coparmex Jalisco; of the State Council of Economic Promotion and of the State Council of Science and Technology of Jalisco, and of the Jalisco Institute of Information Technologies, where he was founder and President.
